Job Overview

We are hiring for Caratlane Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. Caratlane is a Jewelry Showroom. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the store is properly stocked, supervising staff, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in store management.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience as ASM/ ADM /SM

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and sales
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure high-quality customer service
• Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order products as needed
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
