    • Own the P&L for the city
    • Manage a large wedding planning team and be responsible for their productivity and output
    • Run a high performance team that meets monthly sales targets at all costs
    • Give the central teams deep insights on the city in terms of catalog, pricing, customer behaviour, lead quality
    ctc upto 30lpa


    REQUIREMENTS:

    • You need to be a rockstar with proven sales track record
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Comfortable in handling large teams
    • Strong work ethic and communication skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
    • Multilingual is a bonus
