    Role purpose


    The Director, Engineering Services Delivery serves as primary go-to-person for all Engineering related support for global Engineering opportunities in Staffing or Solutions.

    Will have functional responsibilities for setting up and managing Engineering Design Center in India, or globally as needed.

    This role will also be tasked with supporting the Sales team in support of Revenue Growth by providing Subject Matter Expertise when working with highly technical Engineering clients.

    Additionally, this individual will play a key role in developing content to expand and improve on Delivery of Engineering Staffing and Solutions services.

    Expectations

    • Provide SME support to delivery team for job requirements to drive maximum fulfillment rates.
    • Implement and manage new Engineering Staffing or Solutions programs.
    • Interact with Technical clients to define fulfillment needs and priorities.
    • Serve as primary gotoperson for any Engineering related Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
    • Develop strategies and plans for Engineering Solutions.
    • Create content for sales proposals.
    • Develop and deliver Engineering client presentations as part of Sales support.
    • Create content for marketing materials such as White Papers and Case Studies.
    • Ensure that Innova Engineering are viewed as a World Class Engineering resource and Solutions provider.
    • Represent Innova Engineering at Technical conferences and Trade Shows.
    • Research and maintain knowledge of industry trends as they affect Engineering disciplines.
    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical are preferred)
    • Overall 15+ year and at least 5 years of experience in a professional services environment as an Engineering Subject Matter Expert.
    • Must have a broad understanding of Engineering roles and responsibilities across multiple industry verticals.
    • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly technical audience.
    • Minimum of five years of client development experience
    • Excellent client relationship development skills
    • Able to work in rapidlychanging environmentflexible, easily adapts to change.
    • Must have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work well as part of a team.
    • Strong work ethic, desire and integrity are critical traits needed for the job.
    • Must be able to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Must be a people person with great interpersonal skills.
    • Some Travel may be Required
