    As Admin Associate theincumbent will be responsible for managing Vendor Management(payments) Critical Utility Payments etc. for pan India coveringapprox. 56 branches. Tracking the budgets and strict adherence tothesame.
    TheKey responsibilitiesare:
    • Responsiblefor handling multiple branches across India for all types ofvendors payments rent & maintenance critical utilitypayments AMC payments infra project paymentsetc.
    • Ability to prepare annual budget for theadministration department.
    • Manage cyclicactivities such as 6 monthly No dues certificate from all 300vendors preparing financial provision at the end of financial yearclearance & payingoff provisions in next 3 monthsdistributing TDS certificates to all vendors andlandlord.

    DesiredCandidateProfile

    • Graduate
    • Goodspoken and written communication skills.
    • Goodcomputer skills on Excel word emails.
    • Priorexperience in Expense Management Budgets Administrationetc.
