    We are currently looking for Data & Org Readiness Lead to join us at our Global Capability Centre in Gurugram.

    Key responsibilities:

    Working across multiple projects and programs, and with a wide variety of senior stakeholders across the business, you will drive business and customer readiness activities, supporting stakeholders in adopting new changes, and collaborating closely with Change and Communication specialists to deploy information and gather feedback. Responsible for scoping, planning and scheduling business readiness activities. Responsible for ensuring all customers, stakeholders and third parties are ready to use, support, adopt and exploit new technology platforms and processes from release through to evolution. Developing effective and appropriate change interventions and deliverables in conjunction with the business and project/program team. Change activities will include, amongst others: the establishment and leadership of change champion networks, communication plans, training and engagement materials, training needs analysis, go-live readiness plans and supporting the transition to BAU teams. Understanding stakeholder groups and driving stakeholder engagement and management to support project and program delivery. Developing detailed change impact assessments and securing a shared view of these impacts across areas impacted, the program team and the business area sponsoring the change. Working closely with project and program teams to deliver change and collaborating with all business areas to ensure a joined-up experience for end users. Supporting on the resolution of readiness and adoption related risks and issues. Ensuring that business readiness and adoption activities are built in to the governance frameworks for change delivery. Contribution to the Business Change practice, supporting the development of content for capability frameworks and best practice methodologies. Provide overall leadership and define Data Readiness strategies for the enterprise Lead the definition of the organization and role designs, standard work processes, and KPI's for Data Readiness Collaborate for strategic programs in the definition of Data Readiness organization structures in alignment with enterprise strategy Act as subject matter expert in Data Readiness practices and technologies Drive consistent usage of the data readiness strategy, methods, playbook, and tools across deployments Ensure quality outcomes for Data Readiness are delivered and standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle Maintains influential relationships with relevant Program, Business Unit, and Functional leadership Collaborate with Architects, Solution Teams, IT Security, and IT leadership to refine enterprise technology strategies & align to strategic investments for Data Readiness Coach and support Data Readiness leaders and team members to drive and maintain adherence to enterprise standards and objectives Provide leadership and guidance to coach, mentor, and lead team to advance performance and career development Ensure team members are properly trained in required methodologies and processes Drive work effort estimates and manage and allocate resources, ensuring quality, achievement of development goals, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery across regional, global and off-shore teams

    Key requirements:

    15 plus years of experience in SAP Deployments Good Communication Skill Considerable knowledge of the change management challenges associated with implementing continuous change in a fast-moving organisation. Experience of developing and delivering change and business readiness activities to a high standard. Experience of delivering organisational change involving changes to people, processes, technology, structure, behaviour and new ways of working. Experience in migration and cutover activities that affect the entire organisation. Experience of stakeholder management with a diverse range of stakeholders, overcoming resistance to change and demonstrating the ability to gain trust and understand the issues that matter to people most. Proven experience of delivering change with an emphasis on cultural and behavioural change
