    About the role

    This role participates in the coordination of Distribution Channel Management activities and sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team. May be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish distribution channel management strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Call Management Monitoring of dealers complaints coming to Call Center; Review of the complaints ,Resolution, Analysis. Meet Key Customers/ Dealers periodically & track those meetings.
  • Metrics on TAT & SLA adherence; quality of service.
  • Mobility Ensure 100% service mobility adoption by Technician,EFFR reports Generation & Spares indenting thru app only.
  • Service Network Market Mapping, Review of the network periodically to be presented by Service Manager quarterly in branch.
  • Spare Parts Management Plan MSL at Branch /Channel. Coordination with Central Parts Center.
  • Revenue Operations Track & improve retention & conversion rates.AMC offers through system.AR Management Collections of the receivables in time & focus on bad debts.
  • Skill Building Ensuring Trainings are budgeted, planned & held diligently in region.Support / Drive 'Train the trainer' training for WCCD / ESSD / MSSD Channel partners.
  • Quality Cumulating the Product failure data for the Region. The data needs to be sent to factory for improvements and resolutions periodically.
  • EHS Drive EHS across the Region. Technician trainings on safety along with PPE issuance. Safety talk within branch on weekly basis.
  • Projects Overview the Operations, Projects Monitoring & business support. Training on Install quality. Drive this thru metrics on projects sites visited, commissioning's & trainings.
  • Values Ethics & compliance: Sustained communication on code of ethics.
  • Minimum Requirements:
