    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Sales Manager for our General Insurance division in Ludhiana. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing insurance brokerage company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and providing excellent customer service.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
    • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Sound knowledge of general insurance products and processes
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through agent
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential agents
    • Coordinate with the underwriting team to provide accurate quotes and proposals
    • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales objectives
    • Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries and claims
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and changes in insurance policies and regulations
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
