- Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both via phone and in-person, to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for positions.
- Evaluate candidates based on interview feedback, resume assessments, and other relevant criteria to determine their suitability for specific roles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet and exceed weekly targets related to outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to maintain a consistent flow of candidate leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements, prioritize recruiting needs, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement tactics.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools effectively to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate meaningful recruitment metrics and reports.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by participating in meetings, sharing insights, and actively supporting team goals and initiatives.
