    Description

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings through various sourcing channels.
    2. Conduct thorough interviews, both via phone and in-person, to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for positions.
    3. Evaluate candidates based on interview feedback, resume assessments, and other relevant criteria to determine their suitability for specific roles.
    4. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    5. Meet and exceed weekly targets related to outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to maintain a consistent flow of candidate leads and opportunities.
    6. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements, prioritize recruiting needs, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
    7. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement tactics.
    8. Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools effectively to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate meaningful recruitment metrics and reports.
    9. Contribute to the overall success of the team by participating in meetings, sharing insights, and actively supporting team goals and initiatives.
