    Head of Investor Relations


    The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate with the investment community, shareholders and potential investors.

    The key responsibilities of the role include the following:

    • Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
    • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders regarding financial performance and corporate strategy.
    • Develop and execute an investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company's financial results, business strategies, and key messages to the investment community.
    • Prepare and present financial and operational updates for quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, and other investorrelated events.
    • Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
    • Collaborate with Legal, PR and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications, website compliances and public disclosures.
    • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.

    Candidate Profile:

    • A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with a minimum 57 years of prior experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and Equity Research Analysts
    • Strong understanding of SEBI/Securities regulations and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements
    • Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry
    • Familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
