    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Sales at MindMap Digital. The Head of Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, account management, team management, and sales management. These activities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing the sales team, and driving sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications and skillsets

    • Analytical Skills, Account Management, and Sales skills
    • Proven ability to create and manage sales strategies and sales plays
    • Can commit to generating at least 1 Mn USD orders booked per quarter across IT services from US and UAE
    • Prior experience in IT Services sales in USA
    • Experience in team management and sales management
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Knowledge of RPA, Analytics, and AI is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
