    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Optimization Manager to join our team in New Delhi. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive search engine optimization strategy that drives organic growth and improves our online presence.

    Your primary objectives will include:

    • Researching and implementing effective SEO keywords across our website and marketing materials
    • Hitting monthly targets for organic sales and traffic
    • Setting measurable goals to demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
    • Monitoring daily performance metrics to evaluate SEO strategy effectiveness

    You will have complete ownership of on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, driving results-driven campaigns that elevate our brand's online visibility.

    Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Ahrefs
    • The ability to create high-quality backlinks and achieve targets for organic sales and traffic
    • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword research
    • Excellent analytical skills to analyze and report on SEO performance data
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Strong communication and project management skills
    • Bonus points for experience in e-commerce and skincare SEO
