    Description

    This is a remote Cloud-Native Application Developer position.

    We're seeking a full-time developer to design and build cloud-native applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement cloud-native solutions and CI/CD pipelines
    • Integrate with AWS services, monitor application performance, and ensure scalability and security
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience building cloud-native applications with services from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
    • Proficiency in developing cloud-native applications using services such as cloud functions, single-table NoSQL data stores, cloud storage
    • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
    • Proven experience collaborating effectively with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as TypeScript or Python
    • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform
    • Proficiency creating and maintaining event-driven cloud-native applications
    • Understanding of security best practices in cloud-native development
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

    The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
