    Compensation:

    20-30Lakhs

    $12.20/hr USD to $18.30/hr USD

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.     Required Skills and Experience *

    Strong Manhattan experience - understand the system, configurations/implementations (currently using Manhattan WM2018)

    7+ years of experience

    Strong SQL

    Understanding of PL/SQL

    Nice to Have Skills and Experience

    Knowing any programming Language (Java)

    Experience in DevOps tools such as GitLab, CI/CD Tools

    Understanding of agile principles and methodologies.

    Experience with automated testing

    Job Description *

    Insight Global is seeking a strong Implementation Specialist to support one of our large logistic clients with a project to enhance supply chain solutions for their customers. This resource will need to have prior experience with Manhattan (WMS) implementations specifically using WM2018 version. This resource will be more on the functional side but still serving as technical support as well. There are 5 US based sites that this will be the point of contact for resolving issues with the product and performing functional configurations and validations. The IT Implementation Specialist is responsible for aligning IT, customer and operational requirements to form a solution that can delivered thru application configuration and product development. The position would be responsible for implementing the client developed products and 3rd party WMS solutions to meet the defined solution capabilities. The position is also responsible for helping develop automated testing to validate the solution and providing continual feedback into the processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency for high quality solutions and product enhancements.

    Configuration of WMOS systems, including Labor and Transportation Management.

    Working with team to define configuration solution options and align with team from Integration thru WMS solution

    Ensure defined solution is working and meeting SLAs for the end to end solution

    Work within the agile team to define solution specifications for core and edge product deliverables.

    Provide communication on solution, product enhancements and status as defined by agile team.

    Work to establish, maintain, and update strategy (methodology, processes, standards, tools, services) used in implementing supply chain systems.

    Working within an agile team to deliver work products and perform efforts to meet the needs and team objectives for successful delivery, and reliability of solution. (All aspects).
