    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Officer at Earnest John Group Of Companies in Mumbai. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for primarily marketing a residential project in Thane as well as identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, developing strategic plans, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and presenting proposals and reports to senior management.

    Job profile

    • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
    • 5+years' experience as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator preferably with experience in the Residential Project.
    • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
    • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop effective sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and profitability for both the company and clients.
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
    • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
    • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

    Requirement:

    • 5 Years of experience is desirable.
    • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
    • Proven ability to negotiate.
    • Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy.
    • Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
    • Customer service orientation
    • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
    • Experience in the real estate or infrastructure industry is a plus
