    It entails client engagement, content creation, writing code and collaboration with internal teams to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.

    Solutioning -Onboard Customers and their applications onto the Whatfix Platform.
    Implement, configure and integrate Whatfix features and Analytics with customer's Enterprise applications.

    Customize Whatfix product based on Customer requirements leveraging HTML, JavaScript and CSS.Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations on continuous improvements for the Whatfix platform.

    Serve as the single point of contact for technical issues, coordinate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teamsConsulting -Understand Business Objectives, application landscape and processes.

    Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions and use cases using the Whatfix Product EcosystemCreate Content using the Whatfix Platform to suit the customer's use cases.

    Technical Chops

    • Javascript, CSS, HTML, REST API. A knack for understanding systems, architecture and security aspects.
    What are we looking for?A bachelor's/Professional degree.

    A background in Solutions/Customer Success/Professional Services is preferred with 2-8 years of relevant experienceTechnical chops:

    Javascript, HTML & CSS, REST API, a knack for understanding systems, architecture, and security aspects.

    Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environmentAbility to travel to Client locations as requiredKnowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc.
