    The Role:

    We are looking for a Content Strategist with expertise in Product Engineering and IT Services B2B Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating sales email drafts, solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, and one-pagers tailored for ISV and Enterprise accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Email & Messaging:

    • Develop industry-specific and role-based sales email templates for ISV and Enterprise accounts.
    • Optimize messaging for engagement, response rates, and conversion.

    Sales Collateral Development:

    • Create sales email drafts, solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, and one-pagers tailored for Product Engineering and IT Services B2B sales.
    • Develop pitch decks and customer-facing presentations aligned with ValueLabs' offerings.

    ISV & Enterprise Accounts Focus:

    • For ISVs: Develop messaging that resonates with FinTech, HealthTech, InsureTech, and BenefitsTech, emphasizing product engineering excellence.
    • For Enterprise Accounts: Tailor sales content for industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, Utilities, and others, highlighting IT services-driven transformation.

    Pre-Sales & Solutions Content:

    • Partner with pre-sales, practice, and delivery teams to structure proposals, RFP responses, and solution playbooks.
    • Convert complex technical offerings related to Product Engineering and IT Services into business value-driven narratives.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • 3–5 years of experience in B2B content writing, sales enablement, or pre-sales content creation.
    • Strong expertise in crafting high-converting sales emails for C-level and senior decision-makers.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, AI/automation, or enterprise software industries.
    • Prior role in pre-sales, sales enablement, or industry-specific content strategy.

    Description:

    The successful candidate will have the ability to simplify technical and industry-specific solutions into compelling sales narratives. They will work closely with Sales, LeadGen Managers, Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, and Marketing to craft high-impact, industry-specific messaging that resonates with enterprise decision-makers.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to position engineering excellence and technology-driven business impact. They will be able to develop industry-specific sales content that drives business growth.
