    JD for Cluster Owners:

    Cluster owners would be managing 50-60 partners (LCO - Local Cable Operators), lead partner acquisition and manage them, and own the P&L at a Cluster Level.

    Each Cluster is expected to contribute approx. 20K Wiom users.

    What will you be doing?

    Lead partner acquisitions

    Managing a team of LCO/ISP partners along with our Account Manager team

    Contribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the teams objective

    Interact regularly with the teams and develop and implement account management strategy for all our markets

    Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion

    Ensure the partners adhere to company policies and guidelines

    To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the brand cluster

    Participate in all team activities, coaching and mentoring team members

    Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out of the box thinking
