The goal of the Project Manager is to oversee business/strategic projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget.

• Actively contribute to building the overall plans financial , operational, investment and strategic
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Implementing project management, including building the roadmaps, aligning goals, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Analyzing MIS across functions relevant to delivering overall goals of the K12 business, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• Defining interdependencies within various functional leads of the K12 business
• Calendarize reviews and oversee the development of the project, ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
• Cocreating key performance indicators for the project, sharing it, and reviewing it periodically with key stakeholders and the leadership team.

• MBA with 13 years of experience in Project Management/Strategy
• Adept at PowerPoint & Excel, with a high analytical orientation
• Excellent written and oral English language skills.
• Ability to manage strategic projects
• Should have a mindset to build plans and reviews
• Additional certification in project management is a plus
• Experience in customer management or market sales or B2C marketing
