Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive EBS SCM Project Manager to lead our Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of SCM initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business goals. This role requires strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM modules, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT resources, consultants, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, budget allocation, and task assignments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and management through regular status reports and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and governance standards.
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new SCM solutions.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading Oracle EBS SCM projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with change management and business process reengineering is desirable.
