We are seeking adynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join ourteam. As a key member of our business development department youwill play a crucial role in promoting our Real Estate technologysolutions and expanding our client base. This position is anexcellent opportunity for a fresh MBA graduate in marketing tokickstart their career in a fastgrowing technologycompany.

KeyResponsibilities:

• ClientEngagement: Initiate and maintain communication withpotential clients using various online & offline channels.Understand their business needs and introduce them to SafetyApp& ClientCare.
• ProductKnowledge: Develop a deep understanding of SafetyApp& ClientCare. Be able to effectively communicate the featuresbenefits and value proposition to potential clients.
• Sales Presentations:Deliver engaging and informative sales presentationsto potential clients. Address their questions and concerns whilehighlighting how our solutions can address their safety challenges.
• Sales Quotas:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.Work diligently to meet and exceed set goals.
• RelationshipBuilding: Foster strong relationships with clientsto ensure client satisfaction and longterm engagement.
• Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and clientinteractions. Provide regular reports to the management team.
• Feedback: Gatherclient feedback to contribute to the improvement of our productsand services.

Qualifications:

• MBAin Marketing (Fresher)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good Listening Skills
• Selfmotivated with a resultsorientedmindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpacedenvironment
