JobResponsibilities:

• Lead projects forcrossfunctional teams focused on the delivery of a new featureservice product or system
• Determine anddevelop detailed project plans schedules resource plans and statusreports
• Gather businessrequirements document functional and design specifications identifyappropriate resources needed assemble the right project team anddevelop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely andsuccessful delivery
• Projectmanagement of overall development process including communicatinggoals roles responsibilities and desired outcomes tocrossfunctional project teams and partners
• Drive transformation agendas onsetting up engineering KPIs benchmarks measurements and processesensuring appropriate governance mechanism
• Assess and managerisks measure and report on progress anticipate and resolvebottlenecks provide escalation management anticipate and maketradeoffs and balance the business needs with the technicalconstraints.
• Partner withstakeholders from product management professional services andsupport to define business and product requirements for long termproduct roadmap
• Communicate both verbally andin writing program successes failures lessons learned andmitigation plans to stakeholders
• Createbusiness cases to enable sign off from target stakeholders
• Drive costsavings and continuous improvementinitiatives
• Drive milestone readiness with thecrossfunctional teams
• Navigate throughambiguity and managing technical project delivery in a fastpaceddeadlinedriven environment
• Resolution of intrateam Dependencies

DesiredProfile:

• Bachelor s or Master sin Information Technology Computer Science or a relatedquantitative field or equivalent experience
• Technical Program manager requires strongtechnical skills and a solid understanding of software developmentmethodologies
• Should have led programs forengineering functions geographically distributed
• Should have agile project managementexperience with an iterative approach to managing softwaredevelopment projects that focuses on continuous releases andincorporating continuous feedback with every iteration
• Should have good knowledge and workingexperience in telecom (core network protocols)
• Must have strong familiarity with projectmanagement tools methodologies & best practices. He/Shealso need proven ability to deliver projects according to agreedscope timeline & budget
• Structuredapproach to work with the ability to plan and organize largerProjects/Programs
• Business &commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills areessential
• Good time management skills and theability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Agood communicator with effective stakeholder management &conflict resolution skills
• Be a good teamplayer and an effective leader who is able to motivate theirproject team
• Experience with using JiraConfluence & Microsoft Microsoft suite (Excel PowerPointWord and Project)
• Ability to build a sense oftrust and rapport that crafts a comfortable and effective workplace
• Good understanding of Agile Development andrelease management processes
