    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive - Order Process to join at our client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana). As an Executive - Order Process, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the order processing cycle, from order entry to fulfillment. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, with a competitive salary range.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
    • Verify customer information, including shipping address and payment details
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
    • Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns regarding orders
    • Maintain accurate records of all orders and related documentation
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Proven experience in order processing or a similar role
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and order management systems
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
    • Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
