    Are you an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity in Bengaluru? Join our team at Pawan Enterprise, a leading organization in the hospitality industry. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards across our facilities.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct on-floor training for housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.

    Oversee the performance of the housekeeping staff on a daily basis.

    Establish and educate the staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards.

    Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.

    Communicate areas that need attention to the staff and follow up to verify understanding.

    Support and supervise an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public spaces.

    Requirements:

    Candidates from South India will be preferred.

    0-3 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a trainer role.

    Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.

    Excellent organizational and team management skills.

    Willingness to travel for 15-20 days a month.

    Experience in hotels, hospitals, or facility management.

    Good communication skills and a smart personality.
