1. **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
2. **GST and IT Tax Returns**: Ensure timely and accurate filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and Income Tax (IT) returns, staying updated with regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
3. **Accounts Receivable and Payable Management**: Oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations. Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management.
4. **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
5. **Financial Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and laws. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
6. **Loan Management**: Manage company loans, including negotiating terms, monitoring repayment schedules, and optimizing debt structure to minimize interest expenses.
7. **Financial Audits**: Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.
8. **Financial Systems and Processes**: Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
