    About the Role

    We are searching for a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) leader with a deep understanding of the technology industry to join our client, a global leader in product and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing L&D team, identifying internal training needs, and developing and implementing effective learning programs focused on the latest technologies like AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth within the organization, with a specific focus on emerging technologies like AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning.
    • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with the organization's overall business goals and employee development objectives.
    • Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content across various modalities (e.g., instructor-led training, eLearning modules, workshops, microlearning).
    • Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in L&D, specifically within the technology domain.
    • Source and evaluate potential learning solutions and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
    • Manage and develop the L&D team, providing coaching and mentorship.
    • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and demonstrate the impact of L&D initiatives on the organization.
    • Collaborate with various departments across the organization to ensure alignment and integration of L&D programs with broader strategic objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 18 years of experience in Learning & Development within the technology industry.
    • Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing successful learning programs across various modalities.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
    • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Experience leading and motivating a team.

    Budget - 45 lakhs
