- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for growth within the organization, with a specific focus on emerging technologies like AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with the organization's overall business goals and employee development objectives.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content across various modalities (e.g., instructor-led training, eLearning modules, workshops, microlearning).
- Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in L&D, specifically within the technology domain.
- Source and evaluate potential learning solutions and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage and develop the L&D team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and demonstrate the impact of L&D initiatives on the organization.
- Collaborate with various departments across the organization to ensure alignment and integration of L&D programs with broader strategic objectives.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Learning & Development within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing successful learning programs across various modalities.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
