    Scope:
    This role will focus on driving sales for Pazcare. This would involve converting different enterprise sales across various industries to Pazcare clients.


    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Preparing sales pitches and relevant collateral.
    • Doing a thorough mapping of potential clients and effectively prioritizing them and then charting the sales strategy/approach.
    • Building strong interpersonal relationships with key client decision-makers (middle/senior management).
    • Making effective sales presentations based on the identified needs of the prospects and handling negotiations effectively Manage complex sales situations in acquiring new clients and up-sell/ cross-sell to existing ones.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media & set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
