    JobSummary:The Restaurant Manageris responsible for overseeing the daily operations of therestaurant ensuring exceptional customer service managing staff andachieving financial and operational goals.     KeyResponsibilities:
    1. OperationsManagement:
    • Overseeall aspects of daily restaurant operations including opening andclosing procedures ensuring a smooth flow of operations andaddressing any issues that may arise.
    • Maintainhigh standards of food quality presentation and service adhering tothe restaurants established protocols.
    • Monitorand manage inventory levels placing orders as needed to ensureadequate supplies while minimizingwastage.
    • Ensure compliance with health andsafety regulations maintaining a clean and sanitaryenvironment.
    1. CustomerService:
    • Provideexcellent customer service by engaging with guests addressingconcerns and ensuring a positive diningexperience.
    • Handle customer feedback andresolve any complaints or issues promptly andprofessionally.
    • Implement strategies to enhancecustomer satisfaction andloyalty.
    1. StaffManagement:
    • Recruittrain and onboard new staff members ensuring they understand theirroles and responsibilities.
    • Create staffschedules manage shifts and assign duties effectively to ensureoptimal coverage and performance.
    • Provideongoing coaching feedback and performance evaluations to motivateand develop theteam.
    1. FinancialManagement:
    • Monitorand control restaurant expenses including labor costs food costsand operational expenses to achieve budgetarygoals.
    • Implement pricing strategies to maximizerevenue while remaining competitive in themarket.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reportsidentifying areas for improvement and implementing costsavingmeasures.
    1. MarketingandPromotion:
    • Collaboratewith marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activitiesspecial events and marketingcampaigns.
    • Participate in community engagementand networking activities to promote the restaurants brand andreputation.
    1. Inventoryand SupplyChain:
    • Manageinventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ingredients beveragesand supplies.
    • Build relationships withsuppliers and negotiate favorable terms to optimize costefficiency.
    1. StaffTraining andDevelopment:
    • Organizeand conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff members arewellinformed about menu items service standards and safetyprotocols.
    • Foster a positive work environmentthat encourages teamwork professionalism and personalgrowth.

    QualificationsandRequirements:
    • Previousexperience in restaurant management or a related role ispreferred.
