Orders delivery executive Job description Responsible for timely dispatching and delivery of orders to ensure 100% on time deliveries.

Preparing sale orders of confirmed orders with the help of accountant. Ensuring orders are placed with suppliers. Tracking and follow up on dispatch status from suppliers. Tracking and follow up on shipment with transport agencies. Inspection of received goods with the help of staff to check if any damage or defect. Updating orders tracking sheet. Reporting to team weekly. Reporting to team leader biweekly. Managing a team of at least 2 helping staff to ensure 100% delivery. Coordinating and updating the client about deliveries. Booking porter/Ola/Uber for delivery. Tracking Replacement and repairs and ensuring delivery of them. Maintaining a dc book to track issued samples.
