- Identify andincorporate relevant trends into the product offering in abrandappropriate way;
- Partner withVisual Merchandising to ensure assortment and feel of the store isconsistent with merchandisingdirection;

- Experiencebuilding line plans driving product assortments and partnering withdesign to conceive product concepts that growbusiness;
- 10 or more years ofapparel merchandising experience with a vertical retailer.Performance apparel experience aplus;
- Experience growing businessesby developing merchandise plans with trendright product for thecustomer across multiple categories andchannels;
- High tastelevel;
- Experience working in adesignoriented proprietary productbusiness;
- A blend of financialknowledge and creative merchandisingskills;
- A trackrecord of buildingaligning and inspiring teams;
