    • Lead Global Merchandisingto develop product assortments for the brand and build longtermbusiness strategies;
    • Create seasonalbusiness strategies that meet financial goals and customerexpectations;
    • Identify andincorporate relevant trends into the product offering in abrandappropriate way;
    • Partner withVisual Merchandising to ensure assortment and feel of the store isconsistent with merchandisingdirection;

    Requirements

    • Experiencebuilding line plans driving product assortments and partnering withdesign to conceive product concepts that growbusiness;
    • 10 or more years ofapparel merchandising experience with a vertical retailer.Performance apparel experience aplus;
    • Experience growing businessesby developing merchandise plans with trendright product for thecustomer across multiple categories andchannels;
    • High tastelevel;
    • Experience working in adesignoriented proprietary productbusiness;
    • A blend of financialknowledge and creative merchandisingskills;
    • A trackrecord of buildingaligning and inspiring teams;
    • Anoptimistic and enthusiastic relationship builder and handsonleader;
    • Understand the OV brand andit s positioning in themarket;
