Purpose of the Position
Employee at this level is expected to understandthe product througly. Have strong businessunderstanding specialisation in at leasttwo process out of Plan to Produce Order to Cash or Plan toProduce. Anchor supply chain intensive projects from solution anddelivery perspective. The incumbent participates in projectexecution solution designing delivery quality review mentor leadconsultants etc.
Experience range

810 yrs of relevant Oracle eBusinessSuite/ Cloud with Implementation experience
Atleast 34 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud SupplyChain Modules (at least two process modules out of Plan to ProduceOrder to Cash or Plan to Produce) Experience of working in North America or UK/Europe will be anadded advantage
Qualification
MBA (Any specialization) / Post Graduate
At least one Oracle certification in last1 year
Domain knowledge of SCMis preferred

KeyResponsibilities
Activities/Associated Tasks
ProjectDeliverables
Manage the delivery ofthe Oracle modules during the implementation & supportprojects for North America in EST Timezone.
Integration of customizedapplication with Oracle standard applicationmodules
Organise and conduct the formal workshops with theclients displaying knowledge of the application and the businessenvironment by analysing customer needs in both project or presalesassignment
Understanding of configuration review functional designdocument and configuration support tech development ensureefficient delivery
Take the lead to understand new product or newfeatures
Engage with the customer as architect for requirementgathering feasibility study and part of solutiondesign
Anchor the end to end implementation / support processfor the specific product and able to guide junior resources workingon the project

Anticipating project risks andproviding workaround solution
Technical documentation and Provide regularstatus reports to the Project Manager
Oversee theoperations of project team to ensure ontimedelivery
Toensure highest level of Quality onengagement
Perform quality andfunctional reviews during the Design and Developmentphases
Participate in periodic project reviews andaudits
Leadstandardization and contribute to create therepository
