As part of our commitment to giving backwere seeking an experienced International NGO Consultant to guideus through the process of starting our charity. This role ispivotal in navigating the complexities of international lawstrategic planning and operational setup to make a tangibleimpact.

Role: International NGOConsultant

Location:Remote (with potential travel for project setup andmeetings)

Type:Contract (for longtermengagement)

Responsibilities:

• StrategicPlanning: Develop a comprehensive strategy forestablishing M365Grow including mission alignment goal setting andlongterm sustainabilityplanning.
• Legal and RegulatoryNavigation: Advise on the best jurisdiction forregistering the charity ensuring compliance with international lawsand regulations. Guide the process of legal registration and anynecessarycertifications.
• OperationalSetup: Outline the operational structure needed forM365Grow to function effectively across borders including settingup remote operations and establishing keypartnerships.
• StakeholderEngagement: Identify and engage with potentialpartners donors and other stakeholders critical to the charityssuccess.
• Fundraising and ResourceMobilization: Develop a fundraising strategy thataligns with M365Grows mission and objectives including identifyinggrant opportunities donor engagement and alternative fundingmodels.
• Monitoring andEvaluation: Establish a framework for monitoring andevaluating the charitys impact ensuring accountability andcontinuousimprovement.

Qualifications:

• Provenexperience in consulting for NGOs with a focus on internationalprojects.
• Deep understanding of the legal andoperational aspects of charity establishment andmanagement.
• Strong strategic and analyticalskills with the ability to translate vision into actionableplans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement andcommunication abilities.
• Familiarity with thetech sector and how technology can be leveraged for social good(preferred).
• Ability to work independently andnavigate uncertainty in a startupenvironment.
• Fluent in English with additionallanguages considered aplus.
