    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ads Manager with a strong background in Google ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, marketplace Ads Campaign(Amazon/flipkart/Myntra).

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various platforms, with a focus on driving e-commerce sales and maximizing ROI. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest trends in Meta and marketplace advertising, a proven track record of successful campaigns, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

    Responsibilities:

    1.Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute innovative and data-driven marketing strategies to achieve e-commerce goals.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of marketing campaigns.

    2.Campaign Management:

    • Plan, create, and optimize advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all marketplaces (Amazon/flipkart/Myntra)

    3.Audience Targeting:

    • Develop and refine customer personas to enhance targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.

    4.Budget Management:

    • Effectively manage advertising budgets to achieve maximum return on investment.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies and optimisations to improve campaign efficiency.

    5.Collaboration:

    • Work closely with reative team, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Work closely with POC of marketplaces and Meta to improve campaigns

    6.Testing and Optimisation:

    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
    • Implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.

    7.Reporting:

    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns against established KPIs.

    Qualifications:

    • In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends using Google Analytics
    • 1-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
    • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and the customer journey.
    • Certifications in Meta advertising and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
