Role & responsibilities
· Manage visibility budgets with in the approved budgets parameters to assist in delivery of company's targets.
· Design & timely Roll-out of monthly GT schemes in line with the allotted budget & business
guidelines.
· Make a Track on the spend v/s budgets
· Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate with retailers to optimize in-store layouts and product placements.
· Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
· Analyse sales data and market feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
· Develop and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
· To track the Competitors & other FMCG activities and suggest inputs accordingly
· Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for BTL engagement.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL campaigns, including events, promotions, activations, and direct marketing initiatives
Qualification
MBA from premier B schools with 6-10 years exp in handling Trade Marketing for General Trade from good FMCG industry only.
