    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
    • Proficiency in outreach techniques such as cold calling and email outreach
    • Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
    • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel
