JobDescription:

TheProgram associate will be required to contribute to the EcoChampsprogram of the NGO that works on Environment awareness andeducation in schools across cities in India for a sustainablefuture. The associate is responsible for planning managing andhandling operations for the effective on ground implementation oftheprogram.

RoleandResponsibilities:

• Managedaytoday operations including project delivery training logistics& reporting of theprogram.
  
• Reviewof ground implementation through school visits andassessments.
  
• Planorganize and execute EcoChamps events and initiatives bycollaboration with schools students andvolunteers.
  
• Datamanagement for tracking program status andreporting.
  
• Managingeffective completion of Eco Champs LMS bystudents.
  

EducationalQualification/Experience:

• EducationalDegree : AnyGraduate
  
• RelevantExperience(in years) : 12 years (in Sustainability projects wouldbe anadvantage.
  
  

Knowledge& Skill setsrequired:

• Highlyresourceful teamplayer who isselfdriven
  
• Goodcomputer knowledge and MS officeskills
  
• Forwardlookingthinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposessolutions
