  • Job Description

    As an Oracle EPM Senior Support Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting and maintaining Oracle Cloud EPM technology.

    Let's break down the key requirements and responsibilities:

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, HFM,FCCS, and FDMEE (both on-premises and on-cloud).
  • Managed Services Model: Be prepared to work within a Managed Services Model.
  • Time Zones: Willingness to work across different time zones.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • EPM Understanding: Good understanding of various aspects of EPM.
  • Reporting: Ability to report clearly and effectively.
  • Learning Attitude: Openness to learning other Oracle EPM solutions (whether on-premises or on-cloud).

  • Support and administer the Hyperion Suite of applications.

  • Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience as a technical support analyst or similar role.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud Suite experience.
  • hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and FDMEE (both on-premises and on-cloud).
  • ITIL process Knowledge
  • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support.
  • Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workloads may be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experienced user of defect tracking systems
