What is Private Client Services Practice?

We're currently growing one of our Federal Tax specialty areas, our Private Client Services (PCS) practice. PCS works with private companies, their owners, and other domestic and international high net worth individuals, serving as their advisor, advocate, teammate and partner. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their long-term goals by delivering highly personalized solutions that suit their unique needs. Due to our tremendous growth, we're seeking an Associate to join our team. Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find people who are entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth (people who can think in multiples of growth rather than percentages), are comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.

The role will be based in Delhi NCR. However, the person should be open to travel as and when needed. Willing and ability to travel abroad (US)

As an Associate within Private Client Services, Tax you will:

• Assist with providing tax and consulting services to high net worth individuals in the areas of individual income tax, wealth transfer and succession planning, and international tax
• Assist with tax compliance for individual tax clients working proficiently with specific tax forms as follows: 1040, 1041, 709, and FinCEN 114
• Support a multidisciplinary team, assisting with tax-planning responsibilities for individual clients
• Assist with Identifying, researching, and providing analysis on a wide range of complex tax issues
• Attend client calls to understand critical areas of importance and apply tax technical knowledge to specific client situations
• Assist with creating deliverables that are concise, complete and address the elements deemed critical by the client
• Seek out opportunities to understand others' experiences, perspectives and differences
• Build internal relationships with other members of the Tax team

Qualifications/ Ideal Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• CPA (or in the process of pursuing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with all Microsoft Office products (with an emphasis on Excel)
• Experience with GoSystems, OneSource, and research software preferred
• Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines
• High motivation to learn and grow.
• Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
