    Senior Manager - AND DESIRED TRAITS :

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

    - Minimum 4-5 Years of experience with 2 years of team management experience.

    - Proven track record of successfully leading and executing digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment of a B2B Start-up.

    - Extensive experience in cross-border marketing, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics and consumer behavior.

    - Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to achieve marketing objectives.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

    - Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.

    Key responsibilities:

    Lead Digital and Offline Marketing Strategy:

    Develop comprehensive roadmaps and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI across various digital channels.

    Explore and implement innovative offline marketing tactics to complement our online efforts and enhance brand visibility.

    Improve Data visibility of outcomes and drive quantification of marketing efforts on various channels.

    Spearhead Overseas Digital Marketing:

    Strategize and implement marketing initiatives in Europe, MENA, Australia, and APAC regions to penetrate new markets and establish a strong presence.

    Collaborate with local partners and agencies to adapt marketing strategies to regional nuances and cultural preferences.

    Ownership of Corporate Presence:

    Website and Social Media - Oversee the corporate website and social Media Handles ensuring it reflects our brand identity, values, and offerings effectively.

    Drive lead generation initiatives through website optimization, SEO, and content marketing strategies.

    Spearhead online reputation management by monitoring and responding to customer feedback and reviews across digital platforms.

    Engage third party vendors/agencies as and when required with clear goals, deliverables and internal cadence.

    Initiate and Scale Digital Assets, Beyond Product Lines:

    Conceptualize and produce industry-specific digital assets such as podcasts, newsletters, YouTube channels, and thought leadership content to position the company as a thought leader in the Fintech space.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry experts to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

    Initiate and own Paid Campaigns:

    Take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, social media ads, etc., to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

    Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop creative ad copies, landing pages, and A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.

    Ownership of Marketing Operations :

    Setup process to overview day-to-day work and of Team members.

    Bring transparent visibility of team's tasks for the other internal stakeholders.

    Take decisions on Marketing Tools to be utilized internally for various marketing BAUs.

    Mentoring a team of 2-3 Marketing Managers with clear upskilling and Learning roadmaps.

    Monitor individual performances of the team members based on OKRs and KPIs.
