Role: Technical Trainer

Job Summary: We are in search of a proficient and dynamic Technical Trainer to join our esteemed team. The Technical Trainer will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs, focusing on Microsoft Excel (basic, intermediate, and advanced) and Power BI (basic and advanced). The ideal candidate should possess a robust technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a fervent commitment to teaching and continual learning.

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs encompassing course materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.

· Conduct engaging and informative technical training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for employees, clients, and partners.

· Tailor training programs to suit the specific requirements and proficiency levels of diverse audiences.

· Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.

· Continuously update and refine training materials to align with evolving technology, product enhancements, and procedural changes.

· Offer ongoing guidance and assistance to participants during and after training sessions to reinforce comprehension and foster skill enhancement.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

· Demonstrated experience as a technical trainer or in a similar capacity, preferably within the technology sector.

· Profound understanding of technical concepts, tools, and systems pertinent to the organization's products or services.

· Exceptional presentation and communication prowess, with the ability to elucidate intricate technical concepts lucidly and comprehensibly.

· Familiarity with instructional design principles, training methodologies, and adult learning theories.

· Adaptability in tailoring training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.

· Proficiency in utilizing training tools and technologies such as Libre, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (including Advanced Excel), Power BI, and SQL.

· Outstanding organizational aptitude and time management skills, adept at juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

· Willingness to occasionally travel for training sessions or events, as necessitated.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with Python, PySpark, PMP, Figma, Google Analytics, and Generative AI.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a broad spectrum of learners.
