- 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse or store management role
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle physical quantities and lift heavy items
- Fluency in Hindi
- Valid bike license
- Knowledge of ledgers and basic accounting principles
- Manage all aspects of the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
