System Administrator to join our team for designing and implementing automated testing solutions to improve the quality of our products.

How You Will Impact Coupa Every Day:
Design and develop software solutions in support of automation and robotics automation software, and serve as a technical resource for the automation teamDesign, develop, test, and deploy software engineering solutionsManage automation software development projects, develop and maintain automation software standards, and gather business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and prototype solutionsAssist with the creation of automation prototypesUnderstand safety procedures and train team members on safe work practicesLead troubleshooting efforts on automation projectsProcess and document automation test plansLead or participate in an estimation processPerform other duties as assigned

Required:
Administration experience with a SSO provider (e.g.

Ping, Okta, BetterCloud)Authentication and authorization protocols (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/WS-Fed)Implementing and interacting with REST APIsCloud vendors (Azure, AWS, GCP) (DB and serverless computing experience is a plus)IPaaS experience (e.g.

Workato, Okta workflows, MuleSoft)4+ years experience automating IT processes, systems and deploymentsKeen sense of implementing best practices and keeping security front and center while administering and writing automation processesSolid understanding of data protection practices and security protocolsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with cross-functional teamsExcellent written communication and verbal listening plus interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
