    Key Responsibilities:



    • Support district sales personnel in handling customer service calls and resolving issues in a timely manner.

    • Liaise with manufacturing plants to coordinate replacement parts programs, ensuring the availability of components as needed.

    • Develop reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate corrective product modifications or process changes.

    • Audit troubleshooting guides and bulletins on existing products, maintaining their accuracy and relevance.

    • Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, qualifying them for repair services that meet customer satisfaction standards.
