    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Female Tele Sales Executive to join our client based at Vadodara & Ahmedabad at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to promote our recruitment and consultancy services. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, with a junior-level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good negotiation and persuasive skills
    • Target-oriented and result-driven
    • Familiarity with Ahmedabad and Vadodara markets
    • Proactive and confident approach to sales
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and promote our recruitment and consultancy services
    • Provide information about our services, understand clients' requirements, and offer tailored solutions
    • Maintain a strong knowledge of our services, industry trends, and competitors
    • Follow up with potential clients and manage a pipeline of leads
    • Achieve sales targets and KPIs every month
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
    • Handle objections and resolve client concerns effectively
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance
