    Profile:

    The HR Recruiter - Bulk Hiring will be responsible for managing large-scale recruitment efforts to meet the staffing needs of UNIVO Education. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies for bulk hiring initiatives.
    2. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and staffing agencies, to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
    3. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and administer assessments to assess candidate qualifications and fit for bulk hiring positions.
    4. Coordinate and schedule large-scale interview days, including managing logistics, communicating with candidates, and coordinating interview panels.
    5. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
    6. Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant flow, to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
    7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards, to support bulk hiring efforts.
    8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in bulk hiring and talent acquisition.
    9. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment, preferably in EdTech industry.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute large-scale recruitment initiatives.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage large volumes of candidates.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
