    About the Role


    This exciting opportunity is a full-time role based in Gurugram, India.

    As a Post-Creative Strategist, you will collaborate with our local team and learn from experts globally.

    You will manage and drive our strategy expertise and have a deep understanding of the India landscape.

    Volume, ideation, and listening are the building blocks of an exceptional Post-Creative Strategist.

    We believe everyone has brilliant ideas, but what sets you apart is forming multiple strategies to win with different demographics.

    As a Post-Creative Strategist, you will:

    • Develop end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, strategy, vision & design.
    • Provide continuous recommendations based on daily evolving conversations.
    • Synergize well with the Creative team and prioritize the customer's voice.
