    About Inside Sales Representativerole:


    As anInside sales representative you are expected to sell the companysproducts or servicesto potential buyers makesales calls in order to drive sales.

    Yourday to day responsibilities shallencompass:
    Contact prospective customers by both telephone andemail. Market Research to develop warmleads. Responsible for generating leads forthe category/market assigned. Conductoutbound calls to prospective clients. Setappointments or close deals with clients.
    Identifying customer needs and communicating the clients valueproposition. Answering customers questionsresolving their queries and helpingprovideoutstanding customerservice. Maintain a pipeline of leads basedon the targets assigned. Manage and developyour own diary schedule callbacks and futureopportunities. Report weekly sales goals andobjectives to regionalleaders.
