- P&L Responsibility
- Prepare a strategic plan for the business unit.
- Overseeing Accounts Payable/Receivable, commercial
- Monitor daily financial transactions at the unit level Check sales invoices and determine cash and stock variances.
- Preparation of periodic budgets and ensure adherence to the budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs at the unit level
- Ensuring the unit is compliant with accounting standards.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure their adherence by concerned teams
