Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales efforts to meet and exceed company targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing sales pipelines, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and creating strategies for revenue growth. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and account management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and identifying sales opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven leadership abilities, including team management and motivational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Relevant experience in the merchandising or branding industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
