- Hands on Design and Release Experience in plastics trims especially in commodities like Cowl grille & extension dash panel (Plastic), Plastic spoilers, Door Appliques, Black out tapes, badges, decals, washer bottle, bumpers, either in a OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- Package and/or CAD (CATIA V5 / Unigraphics / TCE / VisMockup) experience is essential.
- Experience in Engineering Plastics material selection
- Demonstrated ability to lead the issue resolution process. A broad understanding of all major vehicle systems and a customer focused mindset is required to facilitate this process.
- High energy, self-starter, with the ability and desire to take the responsibility to deliver results with minimal supervision.

Understands cost targets /estimates and develops delivery plans including tough choices and recovery plan (if required) in line with program cost & budgets.
• Understands and actively supports program sourcing strategies in line with purchasing, finance and program timing needs.
• To work very closely with supplier product development teams during proposal development
• To work closely with design studio teams to review the feasibility of surfaces released and providing feedback and issue resolution.
