    In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is supporting the Digital Business in many verticals. As a member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Group team, you will be working closely with hiring managers and develop creative strategies to find the best talent in the local market and extended to regional and global if required.

    This role is an integral part of the HR team and will be responsible for driving and delivering a high end, customer centric, diverse end to end recruitment and selection process.

    With a successful background in global direct recruitment, you will be ready to partner with the business and work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to identify and attract the highest quality candidates, providing strategic insights to support business goals.

    The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced environment, have a can-do attitude, provide specialist advice, and can juggle a wide variety of tasks and projects all with a sense of humour.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications.
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media channels and amongst internal employees to target referrals.
    • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
    • Liaison with different stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination of interviews in timely basis.
    • Ensure closure of open requirements in defined SLAs.
    • To create and maintain rapport with different stakeholders, such as vendors, internal stakeholders, like delivery teams, BGV teams, etc.
    • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

    Essential Requirements

    • At least 4-5 years full cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years technical recruiting experience
    • Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating active, passive and aspiring candidates
    • Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
    • Experience influencing and driving towards results through data
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or external staffing agency)
    • Ability to drive engagement with multiple stakeholders
    • Proficient in various selection processes.

    Knowledge And Skills

    • Success working as an in-house recruiter in a fast-paced commercial business
    • Proven ability to collate, interpret and analyse data, reporting to senior management to drive decisions and results
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritise to deliver at pace a high workload with attention to detail
    • Confidence to guide and coach senior managers on recruitment issues
    • Stakeholder management: you are a natural multitasker and able to partner effectively with your internal and external stakeholders.
